What to tell us.
The more specific you are in your message, the faster we can route it to the right person. A few things that help us give you a useful first reply:
- Roughly how many managed endpoints you run today.
- Your existing stack: which PSA, which RMM, which security tools.
- The problem you are trying to solve. L1 ticket backlog, after-hours coverage, ticket cost, sysadmin burnout, board pressure to ship AI results, whatever the driver is.
- Whether you are evaluating for production use or building an internal business case.
- Timeline. If you need to have something running by a specific date, say so.
What a demo looks like.
Not a slide deck. The AI engineer runs live on a real endpoint, and you watch it investigate a real problem, take governed action, and close a ticket end to end. You see the audit trail, the commands it ran, the approval policy gates, and how a ticket progresses from alert to verified fix. Bring anyone on your side who needs to see it: security, IT ops, the sysadmins who will actually use the product, the finance person who will sign off on a pilot. The more context in the room, the better the conversation.
Common questions before you send.
Do I need to install anything to see a demo?
No. We run the demo on an endpoint we control so you can see the AI engineer operate without touching your production fleet. Agent deployment only happens if you move to a pilot afterwards.
What does a pilot involve?
A 30-day pilot runs GenticFlow against endpoints you pick so you can evaluate real autonomy and resolution rates on your own fleet. Scope, commercial terms, and success criteria are agreed up front. After the pilot, billing is month-to-month with no long-term contract.
What about security and compliance reviews?
The architecture, data residency, and guardrails are documented on the security page. GDPR obligations are covered in the Data Processing Agreement. If your InfoSec team needs a formal review before a pilot, say so in your message and we will route the request.
