Cookie Policy

Last updated: July 2026

1. What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files that websites place on your device to store information about your visit. They are widely used to make websites work efficiently and to provide information to site operators. This policy explains which cookies GenticFlow uses on its public website (genticflow.com) and why.

2. How We Use Cookies

We use a minimal set of cookies on our public marketing website. We do not use cookies for advertising or retargeting, and we do not run ad-tracking campaigns. Third-party analytics providers, loaded only with your consent where consent is required, may set their own identifiers as detailed in Section 3. Authenticated areas of our product (the application and client portal) use additional cookies strictly necessary for security and session management, described separately in our Privacy Policy.

3. Cookies We Use

3.1 Strictly Necessary

These cookies are essential for the site to function and cannot be switched off. They are set in response to actions you take, such as recording your cookie preferences.

3.2 Analytics (Optional)

These cookies help us understand how visitors use our website so we can improve it. They are only set if you give consent (or if you visit from a region where consent is not legally required). You can withdraw consent at any time using the Cookie Preferences link in the site footer, which clears your saved choice and shows the consent banner again so you can make a new one. You can also clear the cookie_consent cookie through your browser settings.

4. Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to measure visits and understand how our site is used. The analytics cookies listed above are only set when you consent (or when you visit from a region where consent is not legally required).

Data is processed by Google LLC. For more information about how Google handles this data, see Google's Privacy Policy. You can also install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on to prevent your data from being used by Google Analytics on any website.

5. Microsoft Clarity

We use Microsoft Clarity on our public marketing website (genticflow.com) to capture aggregated session replays and heatmaps so we can understand how visitors interact with the site and identify usability issues. Clarity is only loaded on the marketing website - it is never loaded inside the authenticated GenticFlow application. The Clarity cookies listed above are only set when you consent (or when you visit from a region where consent is not legally required).

Clarity masks all text inputs and other sensitive content by default. It does not record keystrokes, passwords, or personal data typed into forms. Data is processed by Microsoft Corporation. For more information, see Microsoft's Privacy Statement and the Clarity FAQ.

6. Your Choices

You have several ways to control cookies on our site:

  • Consent banner: Visitors in the EEA and the United Kingdom are shown a banner on first visit and can Accept or Decline analytics cookies.
  • Cookie Preferences link: The Cookie Preferences link in the site footer clears your saved choice and shows the banner again, so you can change your decision at any time.
  • Browser controls: Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Clearing the cookie_consent cookie will cause the banner to appear again on your next visit, where you can change your choice.
  • Google Analytics opt-out: You can install Google's Opt-out Browser Add-on to prevent Google Analytics from collecting your data on any website.
  • Do Not Track: Our site does not respond to Do Not Track signals, but we honour the consent choice you make through the banner.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes in the cookies we use or for legal or operational reasons. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last revised.

8. Contact

If you have questions about our use of cookies, contact us at [email protected].
