Evaluate with real support work
Set up a representative group of endpoints with help from the GenticFlow team. Check desktop access, permissions and your normal support policies.
Work through a real support issue from the browser and mobile app. Try remote control, terminal and files, then use tickets, monitoring and investigation around the same work.
Compare the complete workflow and the subscriptions you would keep or replace. Use your fleet size, required concurrent access and actual renewal quotes to assess cost.
Compare the cost of your whole support setup.
Smart includes remote control, monitoring, tickets and investigation, starting at 50 endpoints. Hero adds advanced automation and extensibility.
Compare your current remote-support license and any separate tools you could replace. Your fleet size, required concurrent access, plan and billing term determine whether GenticFlow lowers the total cost.
Use the pricing page to estimate your fleet in your currency. Keep the cost of tools you still need in the comparison.
Try it with your own support work.
Request a 30-day trial of the full platform, with no artificial endpoint cap. Our team will follow up to help set up your environment.
FAQ
Common questions.
Where each platform fits, what to test, and how to measure proof.
Does mobile access distinguish GenticFlow from AnyDesk?
Both offer mobile capabilities. Evaluate the work you can complete: connecting to an endpoint, inspecting the issue and following up in your support workflow. GenticFlow's mobile demonstration shows its own capabilities, rather than claiming mobile access is unique.
Which operating systems can I support?
GenticFlow supports remote control of Windows x64 and ARM64, Intel and Apple-silicon Macs, and Linux endpoints. The endpoint needs a reachable GenticFlow agent and an available desktop session. macOS needs the appropriate screen-recording and control permissions; Linux X11 and Wayland have desktop and permission requirements.
Can technicians take remote control from mobile?
Yes. Use the GenticFlow iOS or Android app to take remote control of a supported endpoint, including selecting its monitor. Terminal, files and support context are also available on mobile. Available actions depend on permissions, endpoint capabilities and the installed app and agent versions.
Can I support a new device with just a session code?
GenticFlow remote control works with registered endpoints running its agent. Install and configure the agent before connecting. If your main need is one-time support for arbitrary devices, compare that deployment requirement with your current session-code workflow.
Is GenticFlow cheaper than my current subscription?
It depends on your fleet, current plan, required concurrent access and which other tools you can replace. Smart starts at 50 endpoints. A single-technician remote-only plan can cost less; GenticFlow includes a broader support platform. Compare the same currency and commitment term using your actual quotes.
What happens when I request a trial?
The team follows up to help set up your environment for a 30-day trial of the full product, with no artificial endpoint cap. Requesting a trial does not instantly provision an account. You can request a demo if you would like to walk through the workflow first.
Do I have to replace my ticketing system or RMM?
No. GenticFlow can provide internal ticketing or connect to a supported service desk or PSA. Keep the billing, contracts, management and other capabilities you still need. Check the integrations page for specific supported connections; a comparison does not imply an integration with the competitor.
