Evaluate with real support work
Choose a user issue that needs diagnosis and follow-up, alongside a representative patch policy or Worklet requirement.
Run the support case through GenticFlow and test remote control, terminal and files from your phone.
Review the automation requirement separately in the appropriate GenticFlow plan. Keep patching and Worklet processes until their replacements have been validated.
Compare the cost of your whole support setup.
Smart includes remote control, monitoring, tickets and investigation, starting at 50 endpoints. Hero adds advanced automation and extensibility.
Compare the Automox tier, Worklet capabilities and remote tools package you use with the GenticFlow plan required for your support work. Include Hero for custom scripts and workflows, and account for retained patching services.
Use the pricing page to estimate your fleet in your currency. Keep the cost of tools you still need in the comparison.
Try it with your own support work.
Request a 30-day trial of the full platform, with no artificial endpoint cap. Our team will follow up to help set up your environment.
FAQ
Common questions.
Where each platform fits, what to test, and how to measure proof.
Does Automox already include remote control?
Automox offers integrated Splashtop-based remote tools. Features depend on the selected tier or Resolve package. Compare your actual configuration with GenticFlow's support workflow and mobile tools.
Can I import Worklets directly into GenticFlow?
This comparison does not promise a Worklet importer or equivalent policy behavior. Hero provides custom scripts and workflows; review and test any proposed replacement before moving an established automation.
Which endpoints can I support from the mobile app?
Use GenticFlow on iOS and Android to take remote control of registered Windows x64 and ARM64, Intel and Apple-silicon Macs, and Linux endpoints. Terminal, files and support context are also available. The endpoint needs a reachable agent and an available desktop, with the required OS permissions. Actions depend on your role, endpoint capabilities and installed app and agent versions. Technician mobile access is separate from managing phones through MDM.
Can I evaluate GenticFlow alongside my current tools?
Yes. Start with a representative group of endpoints and real support cases. Keep existing patching, backup, security, billing and other services until you have checked the requirements they cover. Configure any overlapping endpoint policies deliberately. A comparison does not establish an integration or automatic migration; see the integrations page for supported connections.
What does the trial include?
Request a 30-day trial of the full platform, with no artificial endpoint cap. Our team follows up to help set up your environment; the form does not instantly provision an account. Smart includes daily support and remote control, starting at 50 endpoints. Hero starts at 100 endpoints and adds Script Library, custom workflows, webhooks, API and MCP access.
