Endpoint management
Keep devices ready for work. Keep support close at hand.
Monitor Windows, macOS and Linux endpoints, apply OS updates and review application inventory from the same platform your team uses to support users. Move from a device that needs attention to investigation and remote assistance without rebuilding the case in another tool.
For lean IT teams and growing MSPs. Core endpoint management is included in Smart and Hero.
Manage the device, then work the issue.
See what needs attention
Review endpoint health, inventory, patch status and alerts. Use the available device context to decide where to focus.
Apply your policies
Configure monitoring and OS patch rules for the relevant endpoints. Review schedules, maintenance windows and restart settings before rollout.
Follow through with support
Investigate a reported symptom, open a remote session or use terminal and files. Check the result before treating the issue as resolved.
The essentials of day-to-day endpoint management.
Monitoring and Incidents
Review device signals and configured alerts. Qualifying signals can form incidents with scope and supporting evidence; eligible incidents can be investigated under your configuration.
OS Patching
Schedule operating-system update checks and installation under your patch rules. Review available updates, installation history and reboot status. Coverage depends on the endpoint platform.
Applications
Inspect collected application inventory, monitor defined installation, removal or prohibited-presence conditions, and explicitly install initial applications. Monitoring rules alert; they do not block or remove software. Initial installation does not keep applications updated.
Connect management with the rest of your support work.
Monitoring & Incidents
Understand how signals, incidents and eligible investigations fit together.
Remote Support & Tools
Use remote control, terminal, files and endpoint actions when hands-on work is needed.
Scripts & Workflows
Add reusable scripts and scheduled procedures with Hero.
Agent Requirements
Check operating systems, package requirements and connectivity before deployment.
FAQ
Questions about endpoint management.
What is included, where the limits are, and what to check during your trial.
Do I need another RMM?
Not necessarily. GenticFlow can cover core endpoint management and basic support needs for suitable lean teams. Compare your required platforms, policies and tools during the trial. Keep an established RMM where you still need its capabilities; GenticFlow does not promise enterprise RMM feature parity.
Does this include third-party application patching?
No. OS patching is separate from application inventory, application monitoring and initial application installation. Initial installation seeds supported applications; it is not ongoing application update management or comprehensive third-party patching.
Does an application rule install or remove software?
No. Application monitoring rules raise alerts based on collected inventory and the definitions you configure. Prohibited-presence rules do not block execution or uninstall software. Initial installation is an explicit, separate operation with results and verification.
Which devices can I manage?
GenticFlow uses its own agent for endpoint management. Check the system requirements for supported Windows, macOS and Linux versions and architectures. Available checks and actions vary by operating system, agent capabilities and permissions.
Which plan includes endpoint management?
Smart and Hero include endpoint monitoring, OS patching, application inventory, application monitoring and initial application installation. Hero adds the Script Library, custom workflows and API/MCP access. See pricing for current plan details.
Try it on the devices your team supports.
Review your inventory, patch requirements and a real support case during the 30-day trial. Our team will get in touch to discuss your setup and help you get started.
