How It Works
Agent Requirements
The AI engineer runs a lightweight agent on every endpoint. The agent is what gives it access to real system state: services, processes, event logs, disk, network. Under 10 MB, under 1% CPU.
What the agent enables
Run diagnostic commands (PowerShell, bash) on the endpoint
Collect real system state: services, processes, event logs, disk, memory
Execute governed remediation actions with approval policies
Baseline the endpoint and detect drift from normal
Secure terminal access for technician escalations
File transfer for log collection and diagnostics
