How It Works
Agent Requirements
GenticFlow uses a lightweight agent on every endpoint. The agent gives it access to live system state: services, processes, event logs, disk, network. Designed to stay out of the way on the endpoint.
What the agent enables
Run diagnostic commands (PowerShell, bash) on the endpoint
Collect live system state: services, processes, event logs, disk, memory
Execute approved fixes with approval policies
Baseline the endpoint and detect drift from normal
Secure terminal access for technician escalations
File transfer for log collection and diagnostics

- Screen Recording permission must be granted.
- Accessibility permission for input injection.
