Status Page monitoring for support workflows with GenticFlow

Watch the public status pages of the services your fleet depends on

The Status Page connector monitors the public status pages of the vendors you rely on, including Statuspage-compatible providers and AWS status feeds. Each page is tracked as an endpoint: a reported incident or component outage raises a platform alert and an eligible ticket, and recovery is detected and closed automatically. The endpoint shows offline only when the status page itself cannot be read.

What GenticFlow does with this integration

Vendor Status Monitoring

  • Add each status page by name and public URL
  • Supports Statuspage-compatible providers and AWS status feeds
  • Each monitored page is tracked as an endpoint
  • Reported incidents and component outages are read on a schedule

Alerts and Tickets

  • A reported incident or component outage raises a platform alert
  • An eligible ticket can be created for the reported disruption
  • Alert priority follows the provider's published incident impact
  • Recovery is detected and the alert and ticket are closed automatically

Clear Reachability Signal

  • The endpoint shows offline only when the status page itself cannot be read
  • A provider-reported minor incident stays a lower-priority alert
  • Component-only degradation falls back to the page-level status
  • Status context sits alongside the rest of the support workflow

How It Works

1

Add a status page

Enter the service name and its public status page URL to start monitoring it as an endpoint.

2

GenticFlow reads the page

The connector checks Statuspage-compatible providers and AWS status feeds for reported incidents and component outages.

3

Raise an alert or ticket

A reported disruption creates a platform alert, and an eligible ticket, at a priority that follows the provider's published impact.

4

Close on recovery

When the provider reports recovery, GenticFlow resolves the alert and closes the automatically created ticket.

Vendor status woven into support.

Status Page monitoring turns a provider's reported incident or component outage into a platform alert and an eligible ticket, then closes them on recovery, so a dependency outage reaches the service desk with context instead of a wave of user reports.
